How can The Exit Advisor help me?

We're with you from day 1. Right from helping to find the right lawyer to represent you, assessing the company financials to spot risks and opportunies, making sure the operations are rigorous enough to support growth, helping you to find finance and support in the DD phase 

At what stage do we usually get appointed?

We've worked with sellers from the start of the transaction and we've been instructed to solely help with DD, so whatever point you're at, give us a call and see if we'd be a good fit 

What qualifies us to be involved in M&A?

Andy sold his business to a trade buyer. being at the coal face of that transaction inspired him to start The Exit Advisor. We've helped a buyer to identify multiple target businesses in Florida as part of a roll up strategy to build an 8 figure roofing business and we have a team of key partners that have years of experience in the M&A space, that assist us in delivering value to our clients 

How does the fee structure work?

We often price projects on a set fee depending on what our clients want us to deliver. We also operate on an hourly fee basis. Our objective is to be transparent whilst delivering massive value to our clients, so give us a call to work out where we fit in with your goals.
