I've been in the trenches of the construction industry. I understand it well, having started and grown my own company for 7 years. I eventually got my business to a point where I could sell it to a trade buyer and so in June 2024 I exited. I now want to use my industry knowledge and skills I learnt during the selling process to help other plant hire business owners sell to exit, or acquire to grow their businesses.

They are relatively flexible in terms of deal structure, ideally they would like the current owners to stay on and retain some equity so there is a shared growth alignment. However, they also understand that some owners would prefer to walk away after selling their business so they are open to that too.
